Job Description
Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is currently hiring for a Technology Protection Specialist to support the DoD/Navy Acquisition Programs with the development, evaluation, application and documentation of Program Protection Plans, (PPP), develop and provide recommended solutions to specific issues and assist in their implementation. Provide all aspects of associated support in the Program Protection area as a Subject Matter Expert such as; identifying PPP requirements and potential solutions, developing schedules, monitoring progress of document development, writing and evaluating program documentation. This includes conducting the Critical Program information, (CPI) Assessment, conducting the Criticality Analysis (CA) Integrated Product Team, (IPT) and documenting results /list, reviewing or assisting in the development of the Security Classification Guide, (SCG), Cybersecurity Strategy, reviewing and assisting with developing the Anti-Tamper Plan, (ATP),, Counter Intelligence Support Plans (CISP) request and other documentation as required. Other task may include creating the Defense Intelligence Agency Threat Assessment, (DIA TAC) request and submitting to proper authority etc. Assist in development of related task such as scheduling, budget, identifying scope of tasking and other issues associated with program management. one of our government customers at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane Indiana. The selected candidate will support the GXM, Flight Systems Division with tasking from various customers including Joint Federated Assurance Center, (JFAC) and various air, land and sea platforms. The selected candidate will:

  • Provide SME support to projects/conference calls reviews and various technical meetings in the area of PPP development, implementation and administration and associated disciplines.

    Advise Program Office of most efficient and accurate means of establishing a functional Program Protection environment for the projects within the office. Train PMO staff in the various disciplines required to execute & administer development and implementation of a PPP.

  • Coordinate identifying responsible staff and provide study reference material for preparation to participate in the CPI Assessment event and the CA IPT event. Establish suitable location and schedule the CPI and CA events respectively.

    Facilitate and document the events as they occur. Generate follow-on reports, list and documentation to provide to action groups following the events, (i.e. SCRM, AT, Intell groups).

  • Research current regulations pertaining to all aspects of program protection, incorporate as required to meet requirements for system.
  • Research system and identify all potential capabilities, apply previously determined facts from assessments and CA events to insure all aspects of the system are addressed. Interview systems engineers for Government and Prime to verify findings and discover any additional capabilities that may have been overlooked and incorporate all information to develop a complete description of Program Protection (PP) requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) plus years of related experience.
  • Experience in Program Management.
  • Experience in contracts.
  • A technical background is highly desired.
  • Excellent writtten and communication skills.
  • Candidate will be required to pass a background check for this position.
  • U.S. Citizenship required with an active DOD Secret Clearance.
