Due to the need to meet our patient demand, Bellin Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Employer Clinics Team at our American Foods Group clinic location in Green Bay.

1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday; times vary

• Provide Family Practice care to diverse patients - employees, spouses, and dependents covered by the employer's health plan
• Average of 10-15 patients per day

• Clinic hours vary: 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday
• No call

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required, WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification required; or WI Physician Assistant license required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
