Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* A minimum of 15 years water/wastewater project engineering which must include 5+ years experience in project management, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects.
* PE in New York or New Jersey
* MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
* Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills
* Good communication, leadership, planning and mentoring skills
* An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Candidates who reside locally in the NY/NJ area are preferred.
Position may be based in White Plains NY, New York City or Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

Typical starting pay range for this position is $102,638.00 - $146,625.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
