Our team works within the community and employers to provide preventative services, assisting primary care providers in managing chronic conditions, acute care, wellness coaching, wellness programming, and patient education. The nurses work independently while working with an interdisciplinary team. The employer clinics are affordable, convenient and accessible for our patients.
