Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver for a Parking Ambassador position at our parking facilities throughout downtown Fargo.
Interstate Parking is a rapidly growing managed parking solutions company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with approximately 300 team members operating over 250 locations with more than 65,000 parking spaces in geographic markets spanning from California to Indiana. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Travel throughout the downtown Fargo area responsible for parking patrol and compliance at a variety of parking facilities.
- Identify and cite parking violators.
- Track and record violations recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
- Audit monthly parking users by location.
- Communicate with the Fargo Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills.
- Comfortable with using new technology.
- Ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, with or without supervision as required.
- Ability to work outside year-round.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience.
