A great opportunity for you! As a Junior Acquisition Analyst, you will be a part of an acquisition team that is evaluating and managing the delivery of ships and boats to the fleet.
This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain an Interim DoD Secret level clearance post-employment.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for developing briefs and supporting the acquisition team across program platforms in varying stages of the acquisition process.
Provide support required to encompass all phases of the Acquisition Life Cycle/Defense Acquisition Management Framework. This may range across:
Pre-Systems Acquisition (Concept and Technology Development Phase),
Systems Acquisition (System Development and Demonstration Phase
Production and Deployment Phase,
Sustainment (Operations and Support Phase).
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor’s Degree with 0 - 2 years of relative experience. Individuals with technical school or military certifications/experience will be considered.
Must be able to obtain an Interim DoD Secret clearance post-employment.
United States (U.S.) citizenship.
Ability to operate personal computers and have good knowledge and operational abilities with Microsoft Office tools.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Experience supporting for a Navy Acquisition (ACAT I) Program is desired.
DoD 5000.02 knowledge and experience is desired.
