In this role you will collaborate with other National Practice and Specialty Leaders of the Design Services Enterprise with a focus to develop and maintain the technical strategic vision for Brown and Caldwell's Architecture Discipline. In this role, you will develop technical aspects associated with Architectural Design Standards and Design Guidelines as well as to develop and help implement the vision to take advance our Architectural capabilities. The responsibilities of this position also include managing group workload, hiring and project assignments, as well as providing mentoring and performance feedback for group employees. Desired Skills and Experience:
Colorado Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $151,000 to $208,000 annually and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
