Title of Position: Hospitality Recruiter
Compensation: $80k to $125k+.
Job Description: The Hospitality Recruiter must be a motivated, friendly self-starter with personal discipline and an entrepreneur attitude. The person in this position will establish recruiting needs by interviewing candidates and meeting with managers to discuss needs. The Hospitality Recruiter will attract applicants by placing job advertisements on various job boards and will determine candidate qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses and verifying references. The Hospitality Recruiter must have knowledge of internet search engines, exemplary verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow established protocol. This person must desire to mentor management applicants and impact lives on a daily basis.

The Hospitality Recruiter must have 3-5 years Executive Management, Human Resource/Recruiting, Assistant General Management or General Management experience in a hotel, resort, or club environment.
