PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for facilitating project collaboration and integrated delivery activities for construction teams.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
  1. Provide supervision and oversight of group's integrated construction team
  2. Provide meaningful input to the project's programming and conceptual design activities
  3. Coordinate design team members and preconstruction services (i.e. estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, site utilization, etc.)
  4. Oversee the production and management of 3D models
  5. Establish the scope of work for projects
  6. Establish the schedule and deliverables for integrated delivery services
  7. Oversee construction coordination
  8. Communicate model generated information to project team
  9. Implement 3D technology during construction
  10. Participate in the research and development of new technologies
  11. Lead or be involved in internal training
  12. Develop project BIM models
  13. Attend, participate, and present at conferences
  14. Manage others, and may lead the Operating Group Integrated Construction team
  15. Provide support to the Business Development team
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  1. Experience managing and leading a dynamic team
  2. Licensure in professional field is preferred
  3. High level of competency with advanced software. (2D and 3D AutoCAD minimum)
  4. Proficiency with Autodesk Architectural Desktop (ADT), Autodesk Building Systems (ABS), Autodesk Revit or Graphisoft Constructor preferred
  5. Navisworks, Primavera, and 3DS Max or Viz
  6. Animation experience a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  2. Minimum eight years of progressively challenging construction management experience or equivalent combining education and experience
  3. Current driver's license
