Job Description

RSP is looking for an experienced Project Architect/Project Captain to join us. Work with iconic clients on a range of projects - from ground up to remodels and everything in between, including multi-family housing projects from schematic design through construction. Specific responsibilities include preparation of construction documents, communication with the client, client's vendors, external consultants, permit expediters, contractors, and building officials. Joining our team means that you don't take yourself too seriously, work hard/play hard and are equally comfortable leading as well as doing. If you like to participate in office antics, even better.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor of Architecture Degree preferred, Professional Architecture Degree a plus
  • Architectural registration is a plus but not required
  • 15+ years professional experience in an architecture firm preferred
  • Multi-family housing experience a plus
  • HUD experience a plus
  • Construction Administration experience specifically in housing a plus
  • Proficiency in Revit is a plus
  • Proficiency in BlueBeam is a plus
