As an MV Electrical Terminator, you will provide skilled craftsmanship for maintenance and installation of electrical systems.

  • Must be able to pass certification class on MV Terminations (Tyco, 3M, Raycam, ect.)
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
  • Installs and maintains transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
  • Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of installation
  • Repairs and maintains high voltage systems
  • Reading prints, layout work and installing new service
  • Repairs electrical problems by replacing faulty parts and components
  • Maintains electrical systems by conducting system tests; completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Keeps supplies ready and notifys supervisor of needs
  • Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with codes
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications
  • Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Must be able to speak and understand English, ability to speak Spanish is a plus

  • Able to adapt communication style to the speaker and possess a high degree of active listing skills

  • Must be able to identify, utilize and maintain MV Terminating Tooling.
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
  • Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
  • Detail orientation


  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Trade or technical school certification/diploma is a plus
  • Project specific training is required
  • Minimum of two years related experience
  • Current driver's license
