Job Title: Service Repair Inside Sales Representative

Department: Commercial Service

Reports To: Commercial Service Office Manager

Wage: Salary + Commission

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Review and evaluate cost estimates
  • Communicate with customers and technicians with a high level of professionalism
  • Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
  • Ensure timely completion of estimates and follow-up with customers once submitted
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and assigned accounts
  • Have an understanding of HVAC design principals
  • Logging all quotes that have been sent, approved, and closed through our Pull through Report
  • Respond to customer questions regarding scope, dispatch, parts ETA
  • Assist with collections on past dues

Qualifications:

  • Previous commercial fieldwork experience
  • Sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Able to develop cost estimates
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • 5 Years of estimating, commercial field, or combined experience

Physical Requirements:

Should be reasonably physically fit and capable of picking up a 60 lb. tool, piece of equipment or piece of material and moving it about either on a jobsite, at a vendor or our warehouse. Ability to perform additional physical activities that require occasional use of limbs and appendages such as climbing, lifting, reaching above shoulders, balancing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bend, twist, pull/push objects, grasp and manipulate objects with fingers. Ability to frequently stand and walk. This position will also require to frequently move the R Hand, L Hand, R Arm, L Arm, R Leg, L Leg, R Foot and L Foot. All Residential Assistant Field Supervisors typically load and unload materials for projects and move these materials into place at the project. This position requires the ability to walk and climb stairs and ladders. This may include tight and difficult situations and uneven terrain. This position includes occasionally assisting loading or unloading materials in the warehouse or stocking safety equipment and supplies. This position also includes extended periods of sitting at a work station.
