Job Summary: Order Fulfillment Specialist II is directly responsible for optimizing our fulfillment and customer delivery process on a daily basis. With a keen focus on the Customer Experience, this role initiates the shipping process and optimizes the use of on hand inventory. Working directly with their teammates in multiple geographies, the role will also monitor inventory health across distribution facilities, monitor customer & vendor agreements, identify opportunities to ship goods directly from manufacturing facilities, troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues to ensure customer requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
•3 years’ relevant distribution or fulfillment experience with leading technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
•In depth knowledge of end to end OTC business processes including areas such as Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Invoice Management and Inventory Segmentation and Management
•Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
