EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Project Analyst. This position can be located in any of the following locations: Tempe AZ, Cincinnati OH, Norristown, PA as well as other locations not listed
The Project Analyst position will efficiently and effectively execute client specific projects. This position is ultimately responsible for managing the client's entire project life cycle for interior, exterior and trades work. The Project Analyst will partner with key stakeholders to ensure project(s) are within scope, budget and on time. This position may also work closely with the client and internal staffs to ensure work orders or related issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly financial closes and assists with client's quarterly business reviews. Completes internal reporting of service and operational metrics.
Participates and fosters a work environment that is based on openness, trust, communication and teamwork.
Other duties as assigned by cognizant supervision.
