About Bunker Hill Community College:

Job Description:

The Division of Workforce and Economic Development is seeking a qualified, passionate part-time instructor in Customer Service to help students learn about exhibiting professionalism in a corporate environment.


Requirements:

  • Appropriate experience and skill, as well as the appropriate training, license, and/or credentials where applicable, in the course subject.
  • Have taught customer service workshops.
  • Employ a variety of teaching methods to engage all students.
  • Commitment to working assigned schedule reliably and punctually.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with diverse and non-traditional student populations.
  • Ability to lead and conduct a classroom (in-person and remote).


Additional Information:

Pay rate: $4,000 for the two-week training; M-F, 9 am - 3 pm and six hours of of curriculum alignment time.

Training will be in-person at the Charlestown main campus.
