Benesch is looking to hire an experienced Construction Representative to join the Railroad Group. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in providing complete project services for a Class I railroad and experience working with various local and state government agency project sponsors. This role will handle all project assignments within multiple states, progressing them to the construction phase and performing project reports and file close-out.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline required
• Demonstrated experience working with a Class I railroad
• Business development experience preferred
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong client relation skills and a network of contacts
