We are currently looking to expand our HR team by adding a dedicated Recruiter.  This role will partner with leaders and managers to develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy for the organization.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume evaluation, candidate screening, interview coordination and creation/extension of job offers.
  • Work with managers and supervisor to develop and maintain position descriptions to ensure proper alignment within the organization and refreshes position descriptions regularly.
  • Provide innovative candidate sourcing and leverage professional associations, social networks, etc. to build candidate pools for consideration.
  • Provide reports to leadership on number/status of openings, turnover and other relevant recruitment metrics on a regular basis.
  • Build and maintain our organization’s recruitment brand, utilizing social media and other recruiting platforms to source candidates.
  • Utilize and organize the recruiting and advertising platforms.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers regarding quality of candidates, interview process, etc. to improve posting and hiring process.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with local schools, job fairs and agencies and attend recruiting events.
  • Administrator the in house job bidding process for open positions, including posting openings.
  • Coordinate temp labor and utilize services as required to fulfill short term needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters to expand recruiting capabilities when needed.
  • Administer the pre-employment drug testing, background check, previous employment and degree verification process.  May also include administration of the random drug screen process.
  • Provide backup coverage for HR Generalist duties
  • All other duties as assigned to meet customer demand

What qualifications are we looking for?
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an electrical / mechanical manufacturing or similar environment.  Experience recruiting for an Affirmative Action organization preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physical: ability to lift, push pull up to 30 pounds
Location / Hours / Environment
  • Office environment, primarily onsite.  Hybrid schedule is available, maximum 1-2 days per week.
  • Offices located at 525 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz and 18 Prestige Lane, Lancaster.  Primary location will be Lititz, with occasional travel to Lancaster required.
  • Hours 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 9/80 Monday through Friday, with additional hours and occasional backshift hours as needed  .
