Job Description

You will join a dynamic and rapidly growing collaborative practice to work on projects throughout the United States and abroad. While the position is based in Indianapolis, you will work on projects being managed from all our current studios (including Denver, Chicago, Raleigh and Champaign). This position will entail involvement in all phases of the design process, from marketing submittals and participation in the pursuit of projects through SD, DD, CD and CA. We offer a flexible work environment that includes the opportunity to work from wherever you'd like during a portion of each week.

Required Experience/Skills: We are seeking candidates with exceptional graphic and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, a strong curiosity about the world, a passion for learning and design excellence, and a strong desire to collaborate within a multi disciplinary environment. Experience with construction documents is beneficial. The position requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup. Familiarity with Revit, Enscape, LandFX and Civil 3D are preferred.

Travel: We have a national and international practice. Periodic regional and national travel is likely, and international travel is possible.
