The Business Intelligence Analyst provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and help evolve ideas into initiatives. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be an intersection of data, and business strategy building innovative, scalable and actionable data based solutions.

Work on daily and weekly analysis on designing projects, workflows and experiments to inform important strategic decisions.
• Create, maintain, and optimize weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Prepare, deliver reports, presentations and data visualizations for cross- functional teams in Ground Operations and Sales.
• Query data to analyze, monitor, and investigate trends. Review and create data models and queries while performing weekly and ad-hoc analysis.
• Analyze the details on how metrics are calculated, and ensure that the data source matches the needs of the business.
• Implement Automation of manual data extracts and other manual reporting activities.
• Improve quality controls by verifying accuracy and integrity of the data in a variety of reporting platforms to drive improved insights and reporting.
• Assist in analyzing large and complex data sets with the ability to draw conclusions and provide meaningful insights.
• Create documentations on all projects using pre-defined templates and keep documentation up to date on existing reports

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Technology, required
• 2+ years of experience
• Experience with Advanced Excel, Access or other scripting tools.
• Strong Knowledge in SQL, data-mapping and modelling.
• Knowledge in BI data visualization and analytical tools.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills and debugging skills, sufficient to provide accurate problem analysis to business unit and follow up with documentation.
• Good team player and ability to work independently.
• Curiosity and drive to solve problems.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Strong written and communication skills.
