Manage the overall financial health of projects, including subcontracts and suppliers
Lead Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)
Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative
Execute change orders
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance

This position requires the following with or without an accommodation; sitting, walking, standing, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, hearing, visual acuity, and utilization of a computer and office equipment. This person must be physically capable of reviewing a jobsite multiple times daily.
