Sales Development Representative

Your role

As a Sales Development Representative, you're responsible for reaching out to potential customers who have interacted with our brand. That's right - you're calling warm leads! You're persistent, competitive, and take pride in your ability to get these prospects on the phone to hear our value proposition.

In this position, you'll be making a lot of calls, scheduling meetings, and kicking off the sales cycle. You're looking to build a career in sales, whether that means getting and setting appointments is your strength or you're looking to move into another position on our sales team. Our successful SDRs aren't afraid to dive in, reach out, and get things done!

Key Skills:

  • Relentless. You're organized and understand follow-up. You pursue your goals with a level of urgency that sets you up for success without being micromanaged. You use feedback, coaching, and peer insight to develop and hone your craft.
  • Curious. Clients have pain points that we can solve, but they are different for everyone. You dig into each conversation with a natural curiosity and desire to illustrate how we can be part of the solution.
  • Persuasive. Your written and verbal communication skills engage our potential clients in a way that is insightful and inspiring.
  • Positive attitude. You're tenacious with a smile, able to stay positive and coachable. If there's a better way to do things, you're willing to try. You're always ready to try one more time.

Your qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales, customer service experience
  • Passionate about sales and customer experience
  • Self-motivated and driven with great time management skills
  • Quick study with the ability to learn new things, think on your feet, and problem-solve
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent sales experience)
  • Salesforce experience a bonus (not required)
