Professional Engineer/Project Manager - Public Works/Land Development
Halff has an opening in our Brownsville, TX office for a Professional Engineer and/or Project Manager. This position will entail the design and management of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Public Works and Land Development projects within the Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend area. This position requires strong design experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE License in Texas or ability to obtain within 12 months
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in public works and/or land development design, including roadway, utility, and drainage design
  • Experience with Geopak and/or Civil 3D
  • Experience managing design and plan production
  • Ability to work independently as a self-motivator and as part of a team
  • Solid relationship and team building skills
  • Excellent communicator and multi-tasker
