Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing endorsement requests, cancellations and claims according to company procedures
  • Quote and print finance agreements and process them according to office procedures
  • Take insured clients' requests for certificates, print certificates and mail or fax as needed
  • Assist in keeping client and policy information in Vision up to date according to office procedures
  • Assist in billing transactions
  • Prepare proposals
  • Attend office meetings as necessary
  • Assist account managers and producers as needed
  • Handle other duties as assigned
  • Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Attention to detail
  • Rising sophomore or above currently enrolled in a 4 year university
  • Strong telephone skills
  • Cheerful personality
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Word processing skills
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Prior experience working with insurance software, preferably Applied
  • Prior experience or training in Excel
  • Desire to obtain P & C license
