Sprinkler Service Manager

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Service Manager for Firetrol's District office in Dallas, TX.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee multiple duties, which include:

  • Manpower management and service scheduling
  • Material ordering and staging
  • Timesheet management & payroll
  • Responsibility for code compliance and high quality work on all service projects
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Reviewing service documentation for accuracy of material and labor
  • Evaluate and analyze risk, then establish risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead the service technicians positively and productively
  • Other responsibilities as required to support the business

Minimum Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of the Fire and Life Safety Systems Industry.
  • Prior experience managing sprinkler service operations, preferably in the commercial sprinkler sector.
  • Superior organizational abilities
  • Outstanding professional communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for interacting with customers and employees alike
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple business software platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
