Job Summary:

The Payroll Clerk is accountable for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a periodic payroll, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees.

Essential Functions

  • Verifies and inputs historical edits and payline entries into the time and attendance and payroll systems.
  • Provide assistance to Payroll Processors, eTime users, Department Directors, and employees with payroll questions.
  • Monitor Payroll customer service phone line and respond to employee issues or questions on a timely basis.
  • Compiles wage information reports for internal and external requests, including audit requests.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred
  • Computer experience
  • Prior payroll experience a plus
