The primary objective of this position is to understand the needs of our entertainment clients, within the parameter of the resources given to you, create pathways to ensure those needs are met and finally, be a solutions provider to both our clients and the fulfillment centers.
The role of National Event Coordinator is an important role in the system of managing Live and Televised shows from beginning to end. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Establishing market leading communication skill to provide intel and detail to clients and fulfillment centers
-Understand the equipment required to successfully solve the needs of the clients build, show & completion
-Manage the flow of information between client and fulfillment center, managing all details required to ensure a successful event
-Oversee contract fulfillment and precise billing processes to ensure a seamless PO managing process
Three to five years of related experience
Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
Excellent Computer Skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Access a plus)
Understanding print advertising, creative development and working with corporate partners as it relates to Marketing
Candidate must be proficient in handling project related work where targets and goals are outlined and maintained
Generate new ideas and work with immediate team on project timelines and deliverables.
Experience in Social Media and Web Content Development as it relates to marketing
Must be willing and able to relocate to Estero Florida or surrounding areas
High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
