Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Coordinator. Applicant must be an excellent communicator and proved to be able to handle difficult situations with a positive outcome. This individual will need to be effective in the administration of tasks and show a strong ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency. This position requires an individual that is detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and able to see a task through from start to finish.
Position Duties:
- Maintain, organize, and improve workflow and status updates for all contract/commercial initiatives
- Proactively track deadlines and deliverables
- Interact with clients by email and phone to accomplish administrative tasks including updating documents and renewing contracts
- Create reports to be sent out for review; revise and update as necessary; prepared final version for submittal to client
- Review Purchase Orders for accuracy; request modifications when necessary; manage internal notifications
Position Requirements:
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team member
- High energy level capable of multi-tasking and self-direction
- Comfortable reading contracts; able to filter and note key information
- Proficient in Excel
- Basic Accounting knowledge
