Circa is looking for a bright and motivated sales leader to develop and guide our compliance sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will manage a team of 5-8 senior level sales reps, from recruitment to veteran rep, honing their sales skills to drive results. This team is responsible for selling our OFCCP compliance products across the country.
You are a successful sales leader. You are strategic - with research, planning, communication, and execution. You can visualize long and short term goals, planning appropriate activities, evaluating results, and refining processes and approach. You are results oriented, and likely have a Challenger Sales approach and social selling knowledge. You're able to create and maintain a positive and open learning environment. Building teams is a strength for you, from recruitment to training - you take great pride in building high performing teams.
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. You've optimized performance of an inside sales team, and have 2 or more years of proven experience coaching and developing employees. You have a consistent track record of leading an inside sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. You're no stranger to change, able to formulate flexible strategies and action plans to achieve results. You have a strong understanding of full scope pipeline management, script enhancements, and sales skill methodology.
About the Position
You will engage, motivate, and drive results within our team of senior sales reps to achieve results. You'll build strong sales professionals, from recruiting top talent, to motivating and retaining top talent. You'll evaluate and manage performance - providing ongoing feedback, recognizing accomplishments, and undertaking corrective action to improve performance.
You'll develop effective sales plans and strategies for the team to execute for sales success and collaborate with other category sales managers to ensure consistent approach across the category as well as greater sales management team. You'll be strategic in planning activities, problem solving, and leveraging company news and developments to support prospecting efforts.

Day in the Life
Successful Sales Managers deliver results by setting their team up for success, removing barriers, and creating a motivating environment for sales reps.
Most days will involve:
One on one coaching and mentoring
Creating a fun and supportive environment, encouraging communication and exchange of ideas
Fostering a competitive environment - create sales contests, ranking, and other initiatives
Weekly activities may include:
Identifying strategic opportunities and prospects - market research, identifying competitors, comparing strengths and weaknesses, and market position
Monitoring and evaluating individual and team sales activities and results, ensuring a full and active pipeline
On a more monthly basis:
Conduct business plan meetings with individual team members to review approach, activities, and results. Set goals and discuss professional development
Maintain a comprehensive and in-depth team understanding of the market, prospects, customers, and competitors
