The Private Bank Officer is accountable for exercising independent judgment and discretion in making sound analysis of borrowers' financial condition and credit history, providing guidance to customers regarding growth and business planning, administering a portfolio of loans, monitoring loan performance, developing new business, preparing loans for presentation and ensuring compliance with regulations to meet or exceed the Bank's credit quality, profitability, growth and service objectives. The Private Banking Officer primary emphasis is on loans to high net worth individuals and their businesses but includes all other types of lending. The Private Banking Officer is expected to work well with others and maintain courteous and professional communications with co-workers and customers.
