Job Description
Part time office administrator needed for processing accounts payable and receivable. Provide support to CFO, General Manager and Sales Manager when needed. Should have a few years experience doing AP and AR for a manufacturing company. This position will be cross train in many general office and accounting functions. Collect primary financial data for accounting records. Enter data into computer make sure all business transactions are accurate. Communicate with customers and suppliers on billing. Help with purchasing with customers orders. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook. Should have strong organization skills and able to meet deadlines. Experience with Epicor Profit (P21) or other ERP system desired. Work schedule Mon, Tues, Thur, and Fri 8:00am-3:30pm. Great opportunity!
