Interns have exposure to some of Mott MacDonald's most prestigious projects. We're known for delivering projects in the areas of water, energy, transport, built environment and advisory. We were the owner's engineer for the United States' first offshore wind farm - Rhode Island's Block Island. Endeavoring to create a metro system with less pollution, and quicker connections, we are the prime designer for LA's Regional Connector project. With our innovative solutions, we delivered robust and resilient water and wastewater solution that serves staff and visitors at one of America's most iconic tourist destinations - Liberty Island.

As an intern your responsibilities may include:
An introduction to conceptual, preliminary and detailed design
An introduction to site inspection, investigation and monitoring
An introduction to design calculation, computation using formula and preparation of calculations
Review, assistance and modification of reports, specifications and studies
Introductory opportunities to use crucial software to mechanical/electrical engineering design related project
