Job Description
Seeking an experienced property maintenance individual.
Majority of your time will be split between 2 South Side complexes
Around $18-$25/hr but can vary upon experience and ability.
Must have vehicle with insurance, valid DL, basic tools.
Also must have a reasonably stable and verifiable work history.
We are looking for a long term hire.
We have great benefits including health insurance, vacation and holiday pay and more.
Property Maintenance duties include minor drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, ground maintenance...etc.
