Job Summary
The mission of the ICBM Organization at Hill AFB is to deliver 400 combat capable nuclear missiles that are safe, secure, and effective. To this end, the ICBM Organization requires a broad range of professional program management, acquisition, engineering, scientific, research, financial, and administrative support to execute effective and responsive integrated lifecycle acquisition and sustainment for both the MMIII and the next-generation GBSD ICBMs. The Integration Support Contract (ISC) will augment Government resources, enabling successful execution of the government's responsibility as ICBM Weapon System (WS) integrator.

Roles and Responsibilities

Working level test-engineering services

Education, Experience and Skills

  • BS Degree in any engineering discipline + 6 years of related engineering experience OR BS Degree in any engineering discipline AND MS Degree in any engineering discipline + 4 years of related engineering OR BS and/or MS Degree in any engineering discipline AND PhD Degree in any engineering discipline +2 years of related engineering experience
  • Experience writing test procedures
  • Experience evaluating test data and determining product acceptability
  • Experience troubleshooting testing issues
  • Knowledge of root cause/corrective action processes and techniques
  • Experience authoring, modifying, and auditing procedures
  • Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification
  • Professional Engineering License desired
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills and ability to work with minimal direction
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and electronic work instructions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment

Physical Requirements / Travel

  • Normal office environment
  • Occasional travel may be required
