|Retail Key Holder Associate

Assumes responsibility for the store site in absence of the store manager and assistant manager.
Assists in ensuring an attractive and convenient layout of sales floor. Assists in overseeing rotation of materials, visual merchandising, cleanliness and organization of sales floor.
Assists in ensuring that all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsible for opening and closing of the store.
Greets and assists customers in professional manner.
Accurately operates cash register and credit/debit transactions in accordance with Goodwill policies and procedures.
Organizes and rotates merchandise on the sales floor.
Provides excellent customer service at all times.
Great store discount, flexible scheduling, 401k plan, paid holidays, FT positions are benefit eligible after 60 days.
High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent; or, three years experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Previous retail experience preferred.
POS and basic computer experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and possess the ability to hear, speak and write.
Must have basic math skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings

Salary Range $11.50 to $12.65 based on experience.
