Job Description
A Customer Service Representative at SET Environmental is responsible to:
  • Prepare paperwork and coordinate daily filed service and transportation jobs
  • Coordinate emergency response projects with other SET departments
  • Provide waste profiles and manifests
  • Provide disposal site pricing to sales department
  • Assist in qualifying incoming leads and direct to appropriate sales person
  • Making sure customer needs/calls are attended to as quickly as possible
  • Perform daily customer service responsibilities
  • Working closely with the sales department, supplying them with creative transportation and disposal options
  • Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Work cooperatively with operational groups
  • Work closely/cooperatively with designated sales representative(s)
  • Perform any other miscellaneous duties as necessary

  • 4 year degree, preferably in a science field or 4+ years working in a team environment and preferably in a customer service role
  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Proven self-starter, highly motivated, sets aggressive goals
  • Ability to effectively multi-task while managing a heavy workload
  • Must be detail oriented
