Responsibilities And Duties
Communicate effectively with guests helping them with their food and beverage selection.
Manage drinks and food at the bar, for servers tables and deliver a positive guest experience.
Professional and enthusiastic attitude
Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices, identifying patrons' special needs and special requests.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of 1-year experience as a bartender in a high volume operation.
A current drink/ beer vernacular and high degree of recipe and product knowledge.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to create memorable guest connections with food and beverage.
Gain mastery of the restaurant's offering.
Ability to communicate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude
