Jensen Hughes is seeking an Operational Leader in Concord, CA area. This position provides leadership to teams of 40-60 staff, providing professional services across multiple service lines He or she will be responsible for management a regional area with multiple offices and staff providing professional support services. The will oversee operations, mentor staff and maximize the profitability growth and revenue for his/her area.

Identify and facilitate opportunities for revenue growth, helping to achieve the office revenue goal. Communicate with Regional leaders and office leaders to effectively matrix and leverage talent with workload. Manage client expectations and relationships through clear and thoughtful communication and assist team members in doing the same. Maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues to complete tasks on time and on budget. Establish credibility with clients by managing close association with professional/trade organizations, code-making bodies, and regulatory agencies. Work closely with regional leadership, office management, project managers and administrative staff to implement the business metrics functions associated with our Project Management Standards. Serve as a business resource to the regions, offices, project managers and office administrators. Train staff on business processes and procedures. Foster a one-team environment, emphasis on cross selling and collaboration. Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, procedures and guidelines. Recommend improvement in company business processes and procedures to improve efficiency of operations. Meet established utilization goals. Accountable for meeting profitability goals assigned (clients/accounts). Assist Regional VP's/Senior Operational VP's with recruiting efforts to identify potential candidates to maintain adequate level of staff resources and meet anticipated growth expectations.
