We need full-time Customer Service Representatives in Kansas City, MO to assist families and car rental customers with information as well as assisting with mobility needs. Our customer service representatives assist the Supervisor and Bus Operators in providing World Class Service.
The ideal candidate is outgoing and approachable – you are a visitor’s first impression of our organization. This person will be responsible to meet and greet customers to help with the flow of traffic, must be reliable, responsible, and must have a pleasant but professional manner and equally positive attitude. Specific requirements include strong verbal communication skills, a true “customer service” attitude and exemplary time management/organizational skills.
At the Kansas City International Airport, the Consolidated Rental Car Shuttle System is operated by First Transit, part of an international company employing over 136,000 people and transporting more than 2.5 billion passengers each year. We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our 24/365 facility in Kansas City. The candidate must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
