We are experiencing strong growth as part of the North American Water Treatment Division of A. O. Smith, a division that saw April - June 2020 sales increase by 19% from the same time period in 2019.

Primary Function

Weare looking to add aMaterial Handler / Forklift Driverthat will move material through the facility in order to meet customer demands. This role is 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, with starting pay of $17.50/hour.

We are a drug-free facility and require all employees to pass a drug screening.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • More than 1 year of forklift, tow motor, clamp truck, or similar experience required
  • Ability to work overtime during the week as needed
  • Must be able to learn Warehouse Management System (bar code scanning); previous SAP experience a plus
  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
  • Must read, understand, and comply with specific work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing plant that is warmer in summer and cooler in winter
