Open Position: Branch Services Representative (Personal Banker) 

A Branch Services Representative (BSR) is the Centris version of a Universal Banker. The individual that's hired for this key position will be working with our members to open accounts and loans, and perform a variety of account maintenance. This position may also perform teller duties.

A successful BSR is outgoing, detail-oriented, loves getting to know people, and has a positive attitude. We are looking for a real go-getter who's not afraid to tackle new challenges and objectives, and who strives for excellence in all that they do.

Job Requirements

We envision our ideal candidate will have the following work experience:

  1. High School degree plus two years post-secondary education in Business, or related work experience
  2. One year experience in a financial institution (bank or credit union)
  3. One year cash handling and sales experience in which sales is a primary job function

Hours

Our members depend on us to be available to serve them, so this position does have a set required schedule based on our member traffic. This position requires open availability Monday through Friday between 7:15 AM and 6:15 PM, and Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM.
