Call Center candidate needed for large retail store in West Allis. Handle inbound calls from customers and assist with scheduling delivery, billing, and warranty. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments. Problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and resolve customer inquiries. Strong computer skills & proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Hours are 9:00am-7:00pm Mon-Fri and able to work weekends. $13-$15 an hour + insurance
