Need carpenter for a new home construction company in the Racine. Should have at least 2 years of construction experience. On the job experience with residential hand and power tools. Able to operate equipment on job site. Should have your own tools and driver’s license. Travel is limited for this job most of the building is done in the shop. $20-$35hr base on experience includes paid vacation, 401k, and insurance. 4 day work week, 10 hour days.  

Requirements 
Experience in rough carpentry, capable of cutting materials, building floors, roughing walls, leveling walls, installing rafters, roof truss, and wall sheeting. 

Able to install exterior finishes, windows, doors, siding, roofing, and deck. 

Read and follow written direction and construction plans.  

Proactively resolve problems on job site.  

Able to lift up to 75lbs, and climb ladders.
