Job Description:

Responsible for managing team of warehouse employees in a fast paced, changing environment with emphasis on meeting deadlines while operating in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

? Be a positive leader in communicating, implementing and executing performance goals and initiatives

? Provide constructive coaching and feedback to employees to enhance performance and personal development

? Effectively interact with DC management to ensure that production issues are communicated and resolved

? Utilize all available resources to identify opportunities to meet or exceed goals

? Meet payroll and budgeting expectations

? Maintain proper controls to ensure clients inventory and documents are handled properly

? Develop effective communication methods to inform employees of tasks to be performed to ensure flawless execution

? Effectively manage multiple tasks to ensure that all production standards are met

? Manage KRONOS timekeeping system and comply with all OSHA requirements

? Coordinate, complete and submit all required reports to DC Manager accurately and in a timely fashion

? Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
