We are currently looking for Manufacturing EngineeringInterns for the summer of 2025 in Racine, WI.
Responsibilities:
Work with members of the Operations team to develop, maintain, or improve standardized processes within the manufacturing facility
Document tooling, fixturing, gaging, lifting devices, and other equipment
Learning/writing coded programs for multi-axis CNC machines
Designing/prototyping assembly/manufacturing support fixtures and tools
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred) from an accredited university.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Experience working as part of a team and independently in an autonomous work environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Thorough, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with MS Suite
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
