We are seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to work in the Eagle, ID area.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounting department processes 1,000 transactions a month, this role would be responsible for accurate filing, organization, and maintenance of files.
Occasionally lifting filing boxes for reorganization and trips to a storage facility
Assist accounting team of 10 people (including CFO) with daily administrative needs and/or special projects as they arise
Daily scanning and copying
Scanning and saving files to shared drive
Assist in organizing credit card receipts and copying
Pulling back-up invoices from hard files as needed for researching questions
Taking deposits to the bank
Data entry into excel and accounting software

Ability to manage multiple commitments and deadlines
