SRT is seeking a Member Service Manager to join and oversee our Member Service Specialist team. The Member Service Manager manages and implements strategies related to inside sales of products, services and service center. Emphasis on ensuring operational efficiency, staff management, process improvements, training, and quality monitoring metrics to accomplish company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategy and initiatives of Customer Billing, Member Service, and OSP Support departments to meet company goals and work plan.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental projects. Recommend new projects and initiatives to Director of Communication and Marketing.
  • Develop and ensure key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Identify areas of process improvement and develop and implement action plans.
  • Coordinate and maintain projects and communication within and between departments, management, and outside departments to ensure company goals are being accomplished. Delegate, as necessary.
  • Oversee effective business practices and utilization of software tools with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of technical developments and the skills needed to perform the job.
  • Sustain a continuous process improvement perspective. Identify areas of improvement and participate in efforts for continuous process improvement.
  • Assist in the development of processes and procedures to improve and enhance performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintains current knowledge and adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Participates in safety training and employee meetings.
  • Build effective working relationships with employees and customers at all levels.

Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Position requires strong management and leadership skills.
  • Work requires self-motivation, the ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to create a team environment and sustain employee morale.
  • Work requires excellent communication and teamwork skills to provide superior experience for customers and co-workers.
  • Work requires the ability to use multiple software systems with efficiency, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn and maintain product knowledge to assist customers and process records accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organize, prioritize, multi-task, and complete various work assignments on time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ telecommunications experience preferred.
