The Administrative Assistant will support the location Vice President and General Manager and senior leadership staff members in facilitating the operation of a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Performs confidential administrative duties for the Vice President & General Manager and senior leadership team members
Provides support and management of the Vice President and General Managers daily in-office and travel schedules
Project coordination on day-to-day tasks as well as on high level planning and scheduling of significant customer and corporate events
Assists the Facilities department with administrative tasks as needed
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
Prepares various correspondence and reports
Assists in preparation of presentation materials
Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments; processes expense reports, when appropriate
Coordinates customer meetings and business lunches
Manages inventory of office supplies and orders items as needed
Maintains calendars for the conference rooms to ensure space is available for all meetings and events
Updates Company’s organizational charts and phone directory
Maintains positive and professional staff and customer relationships
Requirements:
Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
Minimum of three years of administrative experience
Excellent computer skills, with a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance
