The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for entering and maintaining orders, and customer returns in the ERP system.
Facilitates efficient and accurate processing of orders and maintains on-going perpetual accuracy of the order backlog
Provides information to customers to begin the Customer Authorization Return process
Interacts with internal customers regarding general inquiries, quotes, status of orders, and other business
Works with Program Management and Finance to ensure the Sales Order mirrors the Purchase Order and the backlog is accurate as well
Maintain and coordinate excellent working relations with customers
HS diploma or equivalent
Good computer skills required
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization to include seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners and external customers.
Ability to obtain a Government clearance, if necessary
