Job Description
The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for entering and maintaining orders, and customer returns in the ERP system.

- Facilitates efficient and accurate processing of orders and maintains on-going perpetual accuracy of the order backlog
- Provides information to customers to begin the Customer Authorization Return process
- Interacts with internal customers regarding general inquiries, quotes, status of orders, and other business
- Works with Program Management and Finance to ensure the Sales Order mirrors the Purchase Order and the backlog is accurate as well
- Maintain and coordinate excellent working relations with customers
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Good computer skills required
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization to include seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners and external customers.
- Ability to obtain a Government clearance, if necessary
