Job Description
We’re searching for a friendly, detailed, organized and compassionate individual who will enjoy a non-traditional role, where no two days are the same! Someone who enjoys moving around a lot versus always sitting behind a desk. Ideal for a current or former Resident Assistant or CNA who is looking for administrative and office responsibilities, and will enjoy being an essential part of the team to help keep everything running smoothly.    

This person will support the leadership team and care staff with a variety of office, clerical and administrative tasks, including occasionally helping out by working as a Resident Assistant. Located on the west side of Madison, All Saints Neighborhood is a beautiful 319 unit senior living campus.  

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answering the telephone and transferring phone calls
  • Welcoming and directing residents, visitors or guests
  • Following up or assisting with scheduling, staffing and timesheets
  • Monitoring, ordering and stocking supplies
  • Coordinating appointments for residents
  • Assisting with coordination of medication check in’s
  • Filing and maintaining documents and records to ensure compliance
  • Occasionally, working as a Resident Assistant
  • Sharing (a scheduled) on-call team rotation

Hours: Full-Time, Days, Monday - Friday, including every other Sat and Sun.

Qualifications:
  • Current or past experience working as a resident assistant, nursing assistant, caregiver or CNA 
  • One or more years work experience with the senior population 
  • Basic computer skills including email, web browsing skills, Word and Excel 
  • Successfully problem solve, make decisions and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Lift/carry 50lbs, and support up to 100lbs
  • Scheduling, staffing and reviewing time sheets experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual
