This opportunity is ideal for a detailed, organized and energetic person who will enjoy providing stimulating programs and fun social activities such as crafts, games, art, and entertainment in either a group setting or individually at All Saints Neighborhood, which is a beautiful senior living campus, located on the west side of Madison.

An Recreational Therapy Assistant Serves Our Residents By: Assisting the Activity Director by providing group activities and individual engagement according to each resident’s person-centered Plan of Care (POC), in a manner which encourages each resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
Requirements of an Recreational Therapy Assistant:
One or more years work experience with seniors/older adults
Previous experience working with others in a group and one-on-one setting
Ability to work independently
Ability to read, write speak and understand English
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Support up to 100 pounds
High School Diploma or GED
Prior CBRF training or CNA certificate is preferred
